Petapolooza - The Petapolooza Tradeshow brings together pet enthusiasts for a chance to meet industry professionals, rescue groups, and others in the pet industry.
Proceeds from the tradeshow will go towards the development of a permanent animal sheltering facility here in Pickering.

Evergreen Hospice Presents: A Night at the Olympics

Celebrate the Olympic Spirit with Evergreen Hospice! Enjoy the excitement of watching the Olympics on giant television screens in the company of friends in a casual atmosphere, all the while contributing to a cause that may touch each and every one of us at some point in our lives. Dinner, dancing, sport-themed games, live and silent auctions are part of the entertainment too. Tickets are $150 each and may be purchased now at the Evergreen Hospice Office.

Markham Concert Band - "Sea to Sky"

The Markham Concert Band performs at the Markham Theatre at 3 pm on Sunday, March 7. "Sea to Sky" is a major work by Ralph Ford describing the natural beauty of British Columbia. It features The Lion's Gate, Shannon Falls, Stawamus Chief and Beyond Whistler. Celebrate the Winter Olympics venue in music. Plus lots of toe-tapping music and some surprises!
